How It Works

Step 1: Tell us about your team (15-minute discovery call) We start with a short call to understand your team — how big, what they do, what's working and what isn't. We'll ask about your goals for the retreat, any constraints on dates or budget, and what you want your team to walk away with. No preparation needed on your end.

Step 2: We design your retreat (delivered within 5 working days) Based on your brief, we put together a full retreat proposal — venue options, a tailored agenda, activity programming, catering, logistics, and a transparent cost breakdown. You review it, tell us what to adjust, and we refine it until it's right.

Step 3: We deliver it (end to end) Once approved, we manage everything. Venue booking, supplier coordination, equipment, transport, catering, and on-the-day facilitation. We're on site from start to finish. You don't manage a single detail — your only job is to be there with your team.

What a typical retreat looks like

Every retreat is built from scratch for your team. Here's an example of a 2-day programme for a group of 20.

DAY 1

  • Your team arrives at the venue and switches off. No emails, no Slack, no distractions. We open with a short briefing to set the tone, then straight into the first team challenge — something physical, competitive, and designed to surface how your team actually communicates under pressure. Think obstacle courses, escape boxes, or problem-solving tasks that force real collaboration.

  • A facilitated session tailored to your brief. This could be team alignment, communication, leadership, or strategic planning — depending on what your team needs. It's focused and productive, but it doesn't feel like a boardroom. Different setting, different energy, different results.

  • Group meal in a great setting. Good food, no screens, no agenda. This is where the real conversations happen — the ones that don't start over Teams calls or in a rushed lunch break. Your team will actually talk to each other.

DAY 2

  • This is the part your team will still be talking about months later. A mountain hike, a cycle challenge, zorb football, or a competitive outdoor task — something that gets people out of their heads and into the moment. It builds trust, energy, and shared memories that carry back into the workplace.

  • A final session to pull everything together. What did we learn? What needs to change? What are we actually going to do differently? Your team leaves with specific commitments — not vague intentions. Then we close it out properly and send everyone home buzzing.

This is a sample. Your retreat might be one day or three. It might be in the Peak District or somewhere completely different. The activities, the agenda, and the pace are all shaped around your team, your goals, and what will actually land with your people.

The only thing that stays the same: your team comes back sharper, closer, and glad they went.
