Atlas was founded by Mohammed, Aadam, and Anes — a team with hands-on experience managing logistics, infrastructure, and operations for large-scale events with thousands of participants. We've planned and delivered in high-pressure environments where getting the details wrong isn't an option.
We started Atlas because we saw the same problem everywhere: companies spending thousands on away days that felt good in the moment but changed nothing. We knew we could build something better — retreats designed around focus, communication, and team performance, delivered in distraction-free environments that create the conditions for real change.
